Approach

Senior throughout. Honest about what it costs.

The same person scopes, delivers and hands over. No handoff, no juniors learning on your timeline. Here is how we work.

Principles

Three principles that colour every decision.

  • Principle 01

    Start with the question.

Not the stack, not the vendor, not the hype. The right question saves you half the project.

  • Principle 02

    Hand over clean.

A project ends with a diagram, three tools, and a runbook you can read. We do not need to be there for it to work.

  • Principle 03

    Senior at every seat.

No juniors learning on your timeline. One point of contact, full accountability, short lines.

How an engagement works

Four phases. Text-led. No diagrams on day one.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery — two weeks.

Conversations with the people who use it every day. Inventory of what stands and what is in the way. A first sketch of where we could go.

  2. Step 02

    Architecture — one page.

A diagram, the three tools, the cost at current scale and at 3×. If it doesn't fit on one page, the architect hasn't finished thinking yet.

  3. Step 03

Build — typically four to eight weeks.

Iterative, with the first real output in week one or two — not to demo, but to validate that the assumptions hold.

  4. Step 04

Handover — clean, documented, your people in the seat.

Two weeks of aftercare, then you are in control. You can run it, change it, and explain it without us in the room.
